Leighanne Saltsman is a singer, songwriter and photographer with 15 years of experience in the creative industries. She honed her arts administration skills as an assistant manager forJudy Collins, Mark O'Connor and Sharon Isbin; and has served as a professional choral singer for Paul McCartney, the New York Philharmonic, and the American Symphony Orchestra among others. She continues to perform at a professional level in New York City and the Hudson Valley.

Saltsman attended Oberlin College, where she earned a BA in Visual Arts with a focus on photography. She simultaneously attended Oberlin Conservatory where she earned a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance.

In addition to her creative work Leighanne has collaborated with clients on a diverse portfolio of individual projects including calligraphy, home organizing, website design, bio writing, editing, product photography, landscaping, cooking, personal coaching and content creation. She has a background in Innkeeping and property management, and currently sits on the board of esaNewYork,  a NYC-based grassroots organization dedicated to educating consumers on alternatives to fast fashion. 

All of these areas of study and experience continue to feed in to her life and work.

Leighanne lives on Little Bear Farm in New York's Hudson Valley with her husband Matthew and their yellow lab/pittie mix, Scotty. She is an avid rag rug maker and is currently working on an original musical set in 1919.
